M Ryan Kaler, PT, DPT, CSCS

Currently located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Originally from the Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas area. Over 15 years experience with a variety of patient needs of all ages.  Ryan is very personable and detailed with each patient and their specific treatment plan. 


Ryan completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at  A.T. Still University. His Masters Degree in Physical Therapy Degree acquired at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Undergraduate Studies in Kinesiology were from University of Northern Colorado.


Ryan excels in helping his patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.  Ryan has worked with diverse populations, employing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans. He is committed to lifelong learning, staying up with current advancements as well as professional development opportunities. 


Matthew Kassir, PT, DPT, Cert DN

Originally from Illinois, Dr. Matt has been in Arizona since childhood. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce. 


Matt has played a variety of sports and remains active throughout strength and conditioning. He also enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, playing golf, rooting for the Chicago Bears and furthering his education. 


Matt is passionate about the healing process and empowering patients. He is dedicated to making positive impact on their lives.  Focusing on evidence-based treatments, he provides personalized care that accelerates recovery, regains strength, mobility, independence and overall improved quality of life. 


Madison Taitano, PT, DPT, Cert DN

Madison Taitano is an accomplished physical therapist, having most recently served as a clinical therapy manager in Kansas, prior to relocating back to Arizona. Her clinical expertise is extensive across both outpatient and home health settings. 

Madison earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University, graduating with honors as a member of the Delta Phi Tau National Physical Therapy Honor Society. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Portland, where she was inducted into the Beta Beta Beta Honor Society. 

Throughout her career, Madison has developed specialized skills in dry needling, Parkinson’s care (LSVT BIG certification), and individualized impairment-based programming. She has provided care across diverse populations, including geriatric, pediatric, athletic, and first responder communities. Her teaching background includes serving as an adjunct professor at Franklin Pierce University, where she co-led therapeutic exercise courses and mentored doctoral students. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Madison has a rich athletic background, having played both soccer and rugby. Her experiences as an athlete contribute to her holistic approach to patient care, emphasizing functional recovery and performance optimization. Madison’s dedication to patient outcomes, effective  


Lynette Rockow, PTA

Lynette has been a Health and Wellness professional for over 15 years in Massage and Physical Therapy.  Lynette completed her Physical Therapy Assistant Degree here in Arizona, where she currently resides. Working closely with Physical Therapists, she implements personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and modalities to address a variety of conditions. She provides compassionate, hands-on care that help people return to doing what they love, pain free and stronger. 


Lynette enjoys running and traveling and combines the two when she has time, outside a busy schedule with her professional life and spending time with her children.
